Each product is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your design, color, and personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your tumbler arrives damaged or there’s an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of proof. We will happily replace or fix the issue right away at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, work may already be in progress and we can’t guarantee cancellation at that point. Please email us with any concerns for cancellations.
Custom Designs
For personalized or custom orders, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
